Additional Shipping Costs 

We aim to be transparent at all times. Customs charges are outside our control—we don’t set these rules, and we’d genuinely prefer you weren’t charged. As an e-commerce business, we can’t apply exemptions, waive, or refund any import fees.
We produce items as close to you as possible. If your order ships across a border, your local customs or the carrier may charge import duties, VAT/GST and handling fees on arrival. These costs aren’t included in our prices or any shipping offer and are payable by the recipient. Customs processing can also extend delivery times.
