  • At Mish Mash Publications LTD, we commit to regular training on Wix’s Accessibility Wizard and WCAG guidelines, incorporating platform-specific best practices into all new site features.

The third-party “Book a Brew” widget does not provide visible focus indicators

PDF recipe downloads lack structured headings for screen readers

Content part: Embedded BBC Global “How Drinking Coffee Could Benefit Your Health” video Issue: The video does not include captions or a transcript in our embed, so it isn’t fully accessible to deaf or hard-of-hearing users. Why the issue occurs: It’s a third-party embed, and the default player doesn’t carry captions through. What we are doing about it: By January 2026, we’ll publish a full transcript and use a caption-enabled player for all embedded videos. What to do in the meantime: You can read a written summary of the video’s content on the Gut–Food Connection page or request the full transcript at info@mishmashpublications.com.
