Terms & Conditions – Mish Mash Publications Ltd.

 

Introduction:

Mish Mash Publications Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers speciality coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and digital products through our online platform hosted on Wix. By placing an order on our website, you accept the following Terms & Conditions.

Mish Mash Publications Ltd. is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16121640). These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

Products & Ordering:

We offer a range of high-quality products, including:

  • 100% Arabica speciality coffee (ground or whole bean)

  • Hot chocolate and speciality teas (coming soon)

  • Digital products, including eBooks

Tasting notes are derived from the natural flavour profiles of the beans and their origin and roast. No flavourings are added unless explicitly stated. Images and descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and may differ slightly due to screen settings or supplier adjustments.

Orders placed through our website represent an offer to purchase; we confirm acceptance upon dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., stock issues or payment problems). You must provide accurate details when ordering. Customers must be 18+ or have parental consent.

Pricing & Payment:

All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Prices shown at checkout are final. If there is an error in pricing, we will notify you before dispatch.

We accept secure payment methods provided by Wix's platform, including card payments and third-party processors (e.g., Klarna, PayPal). For subscriptions, you authorise repeat billing at your chosen interval.

Shipping & Delivery:

We currently ship within the UK. All coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped by our trusted partner, Limini Coffee. We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days post-dispatch (longer over weekends and holidays).

We offer free delivery promotions which will be clearly stated on our site. Once an order is delivered, ownership and risk transfer to you. Please ensure delivery details are correct; we are not liable for missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately regarding damaged or missing items.

Business Model Disclosure:

We operate as an intermediary eCommerce retailer and do not physically handle stock. Our fulfilment is handled by Limini Coffee and other verified dropshipping partners. You can view Limini's Terms & Conditions here.

Subscription Plans:

Subscriptions auto-renew on the selected schedule (e.g., monthly). Cancel any time via your account or by email before the next billing cycle. You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next payment to avoid being charged.

Cancellation Rights (Cooling-Off Period):

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel a non-perishable order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, contact us in writing. We will provide return instructions.

Important Exception: The right to cancel does not apply to perishable or sealed food items that have been opened or unsealed after delivery. As coffee is a food item and deteriorates rapidly, we do not accept returns on opened coffee packaging.

Returns are accepted only if the item is in original, unopened packaging. This complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(3)(a).

Returns & Refunds:

If you change your mind and the product remains sealed and unopened, you may return it within 14 days. You are responsible for return postage. For faulty or incorrect goods, we will cover the return cost and either replace or refund the item in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may offer store credit in some cases at our discretion. We cannot accept responsibility for improper storage by customers (e.g., exposure to moisture, heat).

Ingredients & Allergen Information:

All coffee is 100% Arabica. Tasting notes (e.g. chocolate, plum) reflect natural origin profiles and no flavourings are added unless clearly labelled. Our coffee contains no major allergens. However, cross-contamination cannot be ruled out entirely.

Limitation of Liability:

We are liable only for foreseeable loss due to our breach of contract. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local court.
