1. Eligibility

• The Young Creators Showcase is open to children and young people aged 6 to 19 years old.

• A parent or legal guardian must complete the consent form and submit it on behalf of the child.

2. Submission Limits

• Each child may submit one entry per 12-month period, regardless of whether they are selected.

• Other siblings from the same family may submit their own separate entries.

3. Originality & Ownership

• All submissions must be original creations by the child named on the form.

• By submitting, parents confirm the artwork is not copied from other sources or generated using AI or tools not created by the child.

4. Use of Artwork

• Submitted artwork may be used by Mish Mash Publications Ltd (MMP) across its website, email newsletters, printed materials, and social media platforms.

• Only the child's first name, age, and artwork title may be shared publicly (if consent is given).

• The artwork remains the intellectual property of the creator. MMP does not claim ownership or commercial rights beyond permission to share and feature the work.

5. Selection Process

• Monthly entries are reviewed and selected internally by MMP’s creative team (Caleb Sidhu and Nin Sidhu).

• Featured submissions may be showcased online or promoted through MMP’s platforms without personal identifiers.

6. Representation & Future Opportunities

• MMP is not responsible for managing or developing any child’s creative career.

• The Showcase exists to celebrate youth creativity only. Any future opportunities will be communicated transparently if funding allows.

7. Data & Privacy

• MMP adheres to UK data protection laws. No personal data will be shared publicly.

• Contact details will only be used to manage Showcase submissions or share relevant updates.

8. General Conditions

• MMP reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that contain inappropriate content, violate copyright, or breach these terms.

• Terms may be updated occasionally. Please check the MMP website for the most current version.
