COPYRIGHT, LICENSING AND PERMISSION REQUIREMENTS Please only send photos, clips, music, logos, brand assets, testimonials or other materials that you own, or that you have permission or a valid licence to use. This includes anything downloaded online, supplied by another creator or taken from social media. If other people appear in your footage, please make sure you have permission to submit it. Your original materials remain yours. MVE uses them only to prepare, edit and deliver your requested film. MVE does not provide copyright-clearance, trademark-search, or legal-verification services. If anything raises a copyright, licensing or permissions concern, we may request further information, remove or replace the affected item, or pause the project. Please read the full MVE Terms & Conditions before submitting your request.
IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION Before You Upload: Please keep secure backup copies of every original photo, video clip and recording before sending anything to MVE. Do not delete your originals while your film is being edited, reviewed or revised. Keep them safely stored until you are completely happy with the finished film and have downloaded your final copy.
FULL TERMS & PRIVACY NOTICE Please read the full MVE Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice in the website footer before placing an order or starting a membership.
EXTRA REQUESTS & REVIEWS Included reviews cover small changes only, such as text corrections, clip swaps or minor timing adjustments. Larger changes, extra files, longer clips, additional formats or bespoke requests may require a separate quote before further work begins.
TEMPORARY FILE STORAGE MVE temporarily stores your uploaded files only while your film is being prepared, edited and reviewed. MVE is an editing service, not a permanent storage provider. Uploaded files are normally deleted from our active storage within 14 days after final approval or project closure.
Question: What does the maximum raw clip duration limit mean?
Answer: The maximum raw clip duration means the longest individual video clip you can send within your chosen package or membership plan. For example, if your plan allows clips up to 30 seconds, each separate clip should be no longer than 30 seconds. This helps us focus on your best highlights without sorting through hours of continuous, unedited footage.
Question: How do the membership video revisions work?
Answer: MVE only keeps your uploaded files while they are needed for your active project. Uploaded media and working edit files are normally deleted from active storage within 14 days after final approval, delivery or project closure. Please keep your own secure backup copies before uploading and until you are happy with the final film.
Question: How long do you keep my raw files after my film is delivered?
Answer: Your privacy and data safeguarding are our absolute top priorities. MVE provides secure, private file hosting strictly during your active project editing window. To completely protect your personal data and keep our systems safety-compliant, all raw user-supplied assets are permanently and automatically erased from our secure cloud networks exactly 14 days after your final video is delivered and approved. Please ensure you maintain independent backup copies of all your files on your own physical devices prior to uploading.
Question: What finishing touches are included in my membership plan?
Answer: Each membership includes selected finishing touches depending on your plan. Memory Keeper includes 1 simple finishing touch, Ultimate includes 2 finishing touches, and Legacy Film Club includes up to 3 included add-ons each month from Add-On Finish Card 1 or Card 2. Premium Finish remains a paid upgrade, and larger bespoke requests are quoted separately.
