We recognise that personal reflections may contain private or sensitive information.

Users should avoid entering financial details, passwords or other information that is unnecessary for Bible study.

The storage, accessibility, retention and deletion arrangements for saved reading information depend on the technical operation of each feature and are described in the applicable service information.

MMP will not publish or disclose personal Bible-study reflections for promotional purposes without an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, permission.

Local Storage and International Data Processing

Bible.Read Note-Pad entries are stored locally on the user's television. Mish Mash Publications Ltd does not routinely receive or store these personal notes on its servers.

Membership and account information is processed separately through Wix and authorised service providers. Depending on their infrastructure and applicable data protection arrangements, this information may be processed or stored in countries outside the United Kingdom.

7. Microphone and Voice-to-Text

Where supported, BIBLE.READ provides optional microphone-assisted dictation to help users enter notes.

Microphone access is intended to support the specific functionality requested by the user.

Information processed through voice-recognition technology may include spoken words, transcribed text and technical information needed to deliver dictation.

Any external voice-processing services, recording retention or transmission outside the device must be disclosed in accordance with the actual implementation.

8. Wix, Google Analytics and Website Data

MMP operates its website through Wix and uses website analytics services, including Google Analytics.

These technologies may help us understand website visits, approximate visitor regions, device categories, page interactions and website performance.

Analytics may involve cookies, device identifiers and other technical information, subject to the applicable consent choices and configuration.

Visitors may manage available cookie preferences through the website's cookie controls.

Website analytics and BIBLE.READ's personal reading information are different types of data and are not automatically treated as interchangeable.

9. Service Providers and Sharing

MMP may use authorised providers to support website hosting, membership administration, authentication, payment processing, analytics, email communications and the technical operation of BIBLE.READ.

Such providers may process information according to their contractual roles, applicable privacy terms and legal responsibilities.

MMP recognises the importance of children's privacy and aims to apply age-appropriate safeguards, data minimisation and appropriate protections when designing features likely to be accessed by children.

Adults supervising children should consider what personal information is entered into shared household devices.

11. International Access and Data Transfers

BIBLE.READ may be made available in multiple countries and territories.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, MMP will apply the protections required by applicable data-protection law, including suitable transfer mechanisms where necessary.

Availability of the application in a country does not necessarily mean personal information is stored in that country.

12. Security

MMP takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and loss.

Access to personal information should be restricted to authorised persons and service providers who require it for legitimate operational purposes.
